Members and non-members are welcome to hire the clubhouse, bar and kitchen for private functions, or for meetings etc. Where a non-member wishes to hire the club, they are required to be "sponsored" by a member, who must also be present at the function and is responsible for ensuring that the facility is not abused.

Under fire safety regulations, the maximum number of people attending a "sit down" event is limited to 60, and for standing / dancing events is 150.
